A US
citizen, I joined the University of Leeds in 2009 after completing a PhD
in cultural policy studies at the University of Warwick. My published work
to date and doctoral research investigate the intellectual history of arts
policy in the United Kingdom and North America with attention to the
involvement of private philanthropy in both countries
