캠브리지 대학원 국제관계학 입학조건에 대해 궁금한 점이 있어서요..학교사이트에 들어가보니...entry requirements 가 이렇게 나왔더라구요..

GPA of 3.75 or above; 1st from UK university or equivalent

Applications will not be considered without a clear research proposal outlining the subject of the thesis and the means by which it is to be researched, an indication that the academic requirements have been or will be met and (where applicable) appropriate confirmation of Proficiency in English.
If your first language is not English then you should take a language proficiency test, ie IELTS with an overall score of 7.5 with no element below 7, or Test of Written English or 109/120 in the internet based TOEFL
여기서 two academic references라는 건..., 정확히 무엇을 애기하는거죠?
그리고.., 명확한 연구 주제를 꼭 명시하지 않으면..안된다고 적혀있는데..., 대부분 대학원 진학할때
자기가 공부하고 싶거나 연구하고 싶은 주제를..제시해야되는건가요?...
