영국에서 리젝당했는데 한국에서 학생비자 받을 수 있나요???

안녕하세요. 런던에서 살고 있는 학생입니다. 이번에 비자연장 거절당해서 한국가려고 하는데 한국에서 연장이 가능할런지.........
일단 저는 관광비자로 2004.7.20 들어왔구여 비자법 바뀌기전에(2004년 10월변경) 학생비자로 바꾸었습니다.
그리고 재작년 2005. 10월경 다시 학생비자로 연장했구여.....
여기까지는 문제 없이 잘 해왔는데 이번에 연장 한 것이 문제가 되었습니다.
일단 일반 랭귀지 스쿨로 비자 연장이 안되는건 알고 있었구여.
그래서 컴퓨터 코스로 연장을 하려 여권을 보냈습니다.
그것도 비자 만료일 보다 이틀늦게.........
여권을 제외한 제가 보낸 서류와 리젝사유가 동봉
제가 받은 리젝 사유입니다.
You applied for further leave to remain in the United Kingdom as a student, but your application has been refused.
In view of the fact that you entered the U.K as a visitor on 20 July 2004 and you are applying for leave to study European computer Driving Licence(ECDL : 제가 신청한 코스입니다.), a cource below degree level, the Secretary of State is not satisfied that you were last admitted to the U.K in possession of a valid entry clearance in accordance with paragraphs57-75M or 82-87F of the Immigration Rules, or that you fall within any of the relevant exemptions from the requirement to have been admitted with entry clearance in paragraph 60(i).
You made an application on 02 January 2007. however, your leave to remain expired on 31 Dec 2006. you therefore did not have leave to remain at the time of your application.
There is no right of appeal against this decision.
You have no right to stay in the U.K so are liable to removed. You must leave as soon as possible. If you do not leave voluntarily, you may be prosecuted for an offen under the Immigration Act1971, the penalty for which is a fine of up to 2,500pounds and/or up to 6 months imprisonment and you will also be liable to be removed from the U.K to Korea (south)

이 편지를 2월 3일날 받았구여 2월 5일 변호사를 통해 어필기회를 얻기위해(어필기회가 없는 레테이어서)레터들을 준비했습니다
먼저 학교에 가서 코스를 degree로 바꾸고 학교에서 작성해준 레터를 제출했습니다.
아래는 학교에서 작성해준 레터 내용입니다.
Dear Sir/Madam.
This is to inform you that the above-mentioned student has changed his course from ECDL to OCR(코스이름)
At the time of enrolment. Mr. xxxxxxxxxxx did not realize that he would not be able to continue
his studies at university with the ECDL course. He has therefore now enrolled on a 3-year OCR
programme with us and will then go to university for his final year to obtain a bachelor’s degree.
We have agreed to transfer queries. please do not hesitate to contact me.

그 다음으로 준비한 것이 이틀 늦은 내용의 레터입니다.
비자 만료일이 2006년 12월 31일 이구여 제가 이사를 12월 30날 하게 되었습니다.
그래서 불안한 마음에 이사하고 보내기 위해 31일은 일요일 1일은 우체국이 쉬는 관계로 2일날 보냈습니다.
그런데 리젝 이유중 이틀늦은 것도 포함되어 있어서 그것에 관한 레터도 준비했습니다.
제가 처음 런던에 관광비자로 입국하였고 학생비자로 바꾸었는데 그때 홈오피스 실수로 여권이 분실되었습니다.
다시 여권을 재발급받구 홈피스에 연락하여 비자를 받았습니다. 그때 자신들의 잘못을 인정한 레터도 받았구여.
제가 준비한 레터입니다.
변호사가사가 적어준 레터, 학교코스바꾼 내용의 레터, 스쿨레터, 이틀늦은 내용의 레터도 포함해서 보냈습니다.
그리고 일주일후 레터를 받았습니다. 그때 받은 내용의 레터 입니다.
Yhank you for your letter dated 9 February 2007 requesting a reconsideration of the decision to refuse
your client’s application for future leave to remain in the United Kingdom as a student.
The secretary of State’s policy is not to exercise discretion unless there are clear exceptional compassionate
circumstances which have not previously been considered and which merit the exercise of discretion outside
the Immigration Rules.
The decision made in respect of this application has been carefully reconsiered, but we are not prepared to
exercise discretion in this instance.
Consequently we are not prepared to take any further action. You are reminded that your client should now leave
the United Kingdom without delay.
If he fails to da so he may be prosecuted for an offence under the Immigration Act as detailed in of refusal.
지금 문제가 이렇게 진행되었습니다.
제가 궁금한것은 만약 제가 들어가지 않고 여기서 court까지 가게 된다면 들어가는 비용과 시간이 얼마나 될런지........
아니면 한국에 들어가서 신청을 하면 리젝사유와 상관없이 학생비자를 받을 수 있는지.........
(아직 학교는 환불처리 하지 않았습니다.)
일단은 제가 2월 3일 레터를 받았기에 이번달 중에 나가려고 합니다. 변호사도 28일안에 나가야 된다고 하구.....
방법이 있을까요? 있다면 어느것이 가장 좋은지 알려주세요....
