제가 파운데이션 디그리가 끝나면 전공을 바꿔서 심리학 대학을 진학하려고 하는데 비자법상 더 낮은 레벨로 지원을 할 수가 없다더라구요.
제가 하고있는게 레벨4 끝나면 레벨5가 되고 비자도 이미 레벨5로 나와있구요.
꼭 심리학을 배우고싶은데 방법이 없을까요?
ㅇ혹시 워홀비자로와서 중간에 대학교지원할 수 있을까요?
그게 가능하면 레벨에 구애받지않고 지원할 수 있을까요?

Academic Progress
70. If you have a CAS and you previously had permission to stay as a Student or a Tier 4 (General) Student then your Tier 4 Sponsor can only give you a CAS for a new course, if your new course represents academic progress from your previous studies. The only exception to this is where you are: • re-sitting examinations or repeating modules, or • making a first application to move to a new institution to complete a course commenced elsewhere, for example, you began a Bachelor’s degree course at a Sponsor whose licence was revoked and you wish to move to a new fully licensed Tier 4 sponsor to complete the same degree course.
71. In order for your new course to represent academic progress from your previous studies, it must: • be above the level of your previous course for which you were granted leave as a Tier 4 (General) Student or as a Student, or • involve further study at the same level, which your Tier 4 Sponsor has confirmed complements the previous course for which you were granted leave as a Tier 4 (General) Student or as a Student, for example, you may be moving from a taught masters degree to an MBA or research-based masters degree. An example of academic progress would be a Tier 4 student who completes a one year Higher National Diploma at a HEI (NQF Level 5) and who then moves on to study a 3 year Bachelors Degree programme (NQF Level 6).
72. In exceptional circumstances only, involve the further study at a lower level but we expect these cases to be rare.
이라고 나와있습니다. 72항에 exceptional circumstances only.... 가 있어서 가능할 듯도 싶습니다.
지원하고 싶은 학교에 미리 물어보시는게 제일 빠르지 싶네요... 지금 영국에서 공부 하고 계시니깐... 학교에 상황 설명하시고 물어보시는게 좋을 듯 합니다. 비자문제는 항상 민감한 문제라서 이렇게 확실하지 않은 케이스는 저희도 답변드리기가 참 아쉬울때가 많습니다.
워킹홀리데이는 비자를 이미 갖고 있는 상태가 되니깐 그 비자법을 피해 갈 수는 있겠지만... 워킹홀리데이는 당첨.의 운이 있어야 하잖아요...ㅜㅜ 이것도 장담을 못하니깐 참 아쉽네요.
아니면 학부과정을 졸업하시고 컨버전 과정을 통해서 심리학 기초를 공부 하시고. 그뒤에 석사과정에 진학 하시는 방법도 있습니다. 일단은 지금 하시는 과정 학점 관리 잘 하시길 바래요~~
